I’m often asked to listen to pitches describing what somebody believes their company, product or service is all about. Mostly these are excruciatingly dull and painful episodes on par with a trip to the dentist. On the rare occasion that I see or hear something extraordinary it is usually because the speaker has decided to tell an engaging story.
